Items that still have Tokki tags on original receipt can be exchanged for store credit up to 7 days from date of purchase.
Items purchased online for both in-store pick up and shipped directly to customers can be exchanged for store credit up to 7 days of receiving or picking up purchased item(s). If you choose to ship your item back customers must pay for all shipping charges
